Stopped for lunch on a Saturday from out of town. Drove by and saw the sign that the kitchen was open at 11am. Looked like a fun tavern from exterior and same as you enter. Didn't expect the higher end food selection. This isn't a burger and fries place. Our group had the giant pretzel, white chicken chili, grilled salad, brushetta and BLT. It was all great. It wasn't sit down service. We went to the bar to place our drink and food order. Not a fancy place, but unique and the food was excellent.
Unique bar with gourmet bar food! Decor was interesting and a pleasant fun change. Food was amazing! Four of us ordered different entrees, all were excellent and greatly enjoyed. I was told that the menu changes weekly. The best kettle chips I have ever eaten! Staff were friendly and helpful. Ordering at the bar was easy.
What a gem of a restaurant and bar! The photo of the menu attached was taken on October 10, 2022. It seems to change frequently, but all of our food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The Brussels Sprouts and potato pancakes were very good, and I have never had such delicious grilled zucchini/squash. Bonus points for the Halloween decorations and wide selection of beers.
Fun place, clean, good food, big portions and great service. The menu changes with the seasons and is season appropriate.
